Policies
Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session. I do not make or keep paper copies. Everything is done digitally and stored on a secure website.
Cancellation Policy:
Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to make your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full rate.
Arrival time:
I will try to come to your home at least 10 minutes early (depending on traffic) as this will allow me time to set-up my table and supplies before we begin. You always receive the 60/90/120 minutes of hands-on massage, no matter what time I actually start.
I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. It WILL NOT be charged until I perform the massage. (Unless you are not home for some reason and miss your appointment.)
If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service online with an eGift Card here on my website. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.

Failure to be present for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
